How to buy bitcoin in Cambodia with only cash and a phone number:
- Navigate to our HodlHodl buy offer (available Monday - Friday from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm), enter the amount you wish to buy, and create a contract.
- Go to the nearest Wing Cash Xpress outlet.
- Tell Wing Cash Xpress you want to transfer money.
- Write down your phone number (sender), our phone number (receiver), and the exact amount you want to transfer.
- Give the money to Wing Cash Xpress and pay the Wing fee (the sender pays the fee).
- Get the receipt from Wing Cash Xpress.
- Write “for bitcoin” on the receipt, take a picture, and send it to us.
- If we receive your picture of the receipt before 4:00 pm, we’ll release the bitcoin amount from escrow to your wallet before 5:00 pm. Receipts received after 4:00 pm will be processed the next business day.
Sell bitcoin
- Sell bitcoin with Wing. First-time trade limit: 250 USD
- Sell bitcoin for cash in person in Phnom Penh. First-time trade limit: 1000 USD

How to sell bitcoin in Cambodia for USD cash with only a phone number:
- Navigate to our HodlHodl sell offer (available Monday - Friday from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm), enter the amount you wish to sell, and create a contract.
- Provide us with your phone number. You will need this phone to receive the cash.
- We’ll send you an 8-digit code and our phone number (sender’s phone number). If we receive your request before 4:00 pm, the money will be sent out before 5:00 pm. Requests received after 4:00 pm will be processed the next business day.
- Go to the nearest Wing Cash Xpress outlet to withdraw the money.
- Write down the 8-digit code, the amount, our phone number (sender), and your phone number (receiver).
- Give your phone to the Wing Cash Express agent for verification.
- Get the receipt and the money (the exact amount sender pays the fees) from Wing Cash Xpress and count it carefully before leaving.
